As a breast cancer survivor, I have gained insight into what it means to have worries or struggles that come with the disease. Individuals will connect with their inner strengths and achieve their goals while in the therapeutic process. I want you to be able to move forward with living life, instead of just surviving it. Having someone that understands the nuisances of cancer will make a large impact on how you cope with the disease.
My focus is to create a comfortable and therapeutic environment. The goal is to empower you to make positive changes. In addition to traditional psychotherapy; cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused methods are utilized. Mindfulness strategies will also be incorporated into the treatment plan. If you are looking to uplift your mood, reduce stress and anxiety; contact me to schedule an initial consultation. The free 15-minute consultation can be a video conference or through the phone.
